Courses

The US Mortgage Underwriting program covers the US mortgage industry, loan types, loan application and documentation, credit, income and asset analysis, DTI, LTV/CLTV, AUS concepts, Fannie Mae / Freddie Mac guideline awareness, case studies and interview preparation.
Placement

VertexIT provides placement assistance with a very high placement rate. This includes resume guidance, interview preparation and relevant opportunities. Actual hiring depends on employer requirements and candidate suitability.
